I have internet 7 (yeah i know really reeeally old) but I want download internet 8. I tried just now to download internet 8 but it wont let me because it says something about its not supported by the operating system. What does that mean? And what do I do?
As others have said, you probably downloaded the wrong version.
Maybedownload internet explorer 8 this is a sign that you need to switch to Firefox...(it's so much better)
there are a bunch of different downloads; make sure you downloaded the correct one for your operating system (vista, windows 7, 64bit/32bit, etc.)
just check out the correct version to download according to your operating system (xp, vista, 7) or you can try opedownload internet explorer 8ra or firefox
If you have Windows XP, try the Windows Update for IE8
If you have Windows Vista or Windows 7. I suggest downloading Internet Explorer 9 via Windows Update. (IE9 doesn't work on XP)
^^ there will be a button on the site near download for version that you need, probs the 32-bit one
